Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all facilities and equipment within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry work.
- Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff regarding maintenance issues.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff when necessary.

- Picking up the grounds daily

- Paint and punch units.

-Potential candidate would need a reliable ride and have their own tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in welding, fabricating, and working with logic controllers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills to address maintenance concerns promptly.
- Capacity to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay: $19.73 - $22.00 per hour
