    Position Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Core HR and Compensation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and Compensation implementation and support. As an Oracle Core HR and Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Oracle Core HR and Compensation module to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Core HR and Compensation functionalities to streamline HR operations and enhance organizational efficiency. have some redwood experience.

    Key Role and Responsibility

    • Should have a total of at least 8 Years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience on Oracle Core HCM and Compensation implementation and Support.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR and Compensation implementation.
    • Configure and customize Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
    • Lead the configuration of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR modules to meet business requirements, including compensation plans, salary structures, grades, job profiles, and organization structures. Customize the system using Oracle Application Composer or other relevant tools as necessary.
    • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition of HR data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.
    • Design and implement security models and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity within Oracle.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HR and compensation system issues, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
    • Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of system.
    • Stay updated on latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
    • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful rollout of Oracle Core HR and compensation solutions.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Must have 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines.
    • Completed one full life cycle implementation of Core HCM, Oracle compensation Cloud.
    • At least 3-5 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation.
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant.
    • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
    • Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.
