Our team is hiring: Dividend Finance is looking for a Sr. Software Quality Engineer to help us deliver our next generation renewable and home energy lending platform. Our technology combines an internally developed Clojure based orchestration layer integrating internally developed Single Page Applications and commercial software components and services to deliver a flexible and robust lending platform. The Sr. Software Quality Engineer works closely with the Senior Quality Engineering Manager to participate in the test cycle and development of all Dividend applications. This role is responsible for assuring that the testing framework is well maintained and to ensure text scripts are efficiently testing the products to identify issues early on in the test cycle. All employees are responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, you will achieve results while consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
