Duties:
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Sales area-Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, IA
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Maintain Lead/Pipeline lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with lubricant sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Must have valid drivers license
