Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and business development. This position offers the opportunity to work in the lubricants and automotive chemicals sales industry and requires a proactive approach to drive revenue growth.

Duties:

- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Sales area-Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, IA
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions

- Maintain Lead/Pipeline lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively

- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with lubricant sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Must have valid drivers license
