The Hospital Nurse Manager Case Management will report to the Nurse Director of Case Management and will oversee a supportive team of RN Case Managers and Licensed Care Social Workers. 

The Manager Case Management will oversee the hospital Care Management daily operations, staffing, and department progression. The RN Manager Case Management will have their bachelor’s degree, ideally a BSN, and a minimum of three years of hospital case management leadership experience. A CCM or ACM Certification is preferred but not required.
