Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties:

- Handle billing inquiries, payments, quote intakes and policy servicing
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Assist bilingual customers in both English and Spanish as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and CMS/AMS software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
