Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a dealership management position. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and finance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the Sales Team, including Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Sales Associates.
• Ensure team members meet business and productivity goals while enhancing profitability and efficiency.
• Model company values to create a positive and motivating workplace environment.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to managers and employees on best practices in the industry.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
• Enhance the dealership's community presence through active engagement and excellent customer service.
• Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
• Determine new and used inventory levels to be carried based in customer and market analysis
• Holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a dealership management position.
• Experience in both sales and finance is required.
• Proven ability to lead and build effective teams.
• Strong commitment to working collaboratively with leadership and employees to achieve goals.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales and finance operations and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Results-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with both customers and employees.
• Passion for community involvement and participation in volunteer activities.
