Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Manage shift schedules effectively
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and marketing strategies
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Proficiency in payroll procedures
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to drive sales
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions
- Ability to work with budgets and conduct basic math calculations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
