Job Schedule: Work in office Monday-Friday with alternating weekends on call (Friday 5pm-Monday 9am). If you work the weekend you will choose two days during the week to be off. Office hours are 9a-5pm but on call goes from 5pm-9am every night. May occasionally need to be on call during the week if the CEO/owner has a weeknight off. Rotating Holiday on call.
Responsibilities: Maintaining the entire schedule of caregivers to clients. Making last minute adjustments when staff are absent or call in. If unable to fill an absence, it would be the Scheduler's duty to fill the shift until a replacement can arrive. Assist with hiring and orientation. Other tasks as delegated by the CEO/owner. Must be able to handle stress very well and not go into panic mode easily.
Preferred Skills/ Education: CNA certified (preferred), Microsoft Programs proficiency, Calling and texting proficiency
