Direct Mail Specialist jobs in Pennsylvania

We are accepting applications for a Cutter/Machine Operator to join our 1st shift! Previous machine operator experience is preferred. This is a full-time permanent position and we are looking to find the best candidate. The hours are 6:45 am – 3:15pm Monday – Friday. Cutter/Machine Operators will set up, operate, and maintain a guillotine machine to cut paper stock in preparation for press or bindery finishing.

Requirements:

· Computer skills to aid in programming cutter equipment

· Ability to interpret specifications and record production information of job using MIS system

· Examine material for quality

· Perform maintenance on machine including blade changes

· Capability to work with your hands and sustain long periods of standing

· Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler

Knowledge & Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1-3 years machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred

· Personal integrity and dependability

· Strong work ethic and ability to maintain good attendance to help meet required deadlines

· Capable of communicating effectively

· Attention to detail

· Show adaptability and perform problem solving skills
