Dining Room Supervisor - Nursing Home jobs in Virginia

Saint Francis – Manchester Assisted Living is seeking committed, compassionate, customer oriented and cheerful team members to join our work family and provide Dietary Assistance in our casual dining room environment.

New Rate $14.25 / Hour

(Full-time: between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. weekdays, every other weekend and holidays).

Under direct supervision perform work of routine difficulty assisting with the preparation of resident meals. Setup for and serve resident meals and cleanup afterwards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes, and setting tables
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with bussing and cleaning tables in the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to interact with other staff members and residents
