We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

```Duties:```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff
- Train new employees on dining room procedures and customer service standards
- Monitor dining room operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Enforce health and safety regulations

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
