Reporting Analyst Intern

The Reporting Analyst is critical to providing the bridge between actionable advertising insights and raw data. We are seeking a strong team player with a passion for all things data and a unique set of skills and interests to join our team. Must love working with business teams and data to understand problems and know how to be creative with data to find value.

This internship will provide hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and various data management tasks, offering an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in the field.

This is a summer 2024 internship                                                                        

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client facing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Own version control operations for Power BI reports and data models
• Manage Power BI user access
• Facilitate reporting fluency throughout the company by maintaining wikis about our suite of reports
• Collaborate with data engineers to create requirements to build world class reporting for our customers
• Detect data quality issues, identify their root causes, escalate as needed and design auditing to capture future data issues

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior working towards a degree in Business Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with Power BI, Periscope, Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools
• Certified in or experience with at least one major digital ad platforms (Google Ads, BingAds, Facebook) is desirable
• Experience with SQL and relational databases is desirable
• Experience with Github is desirable

Internship Duration & Schedule

• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible around academic commitments
• Location: Onsite Mondays and Wednesdays

Supervision & Mentorship

This intern will report to the Sr, Program Manager, Data/Reporting and will receive regular feedback and guidance to support their development.
