One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join the team.
The Group Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for representing the Inn in a positive & professional manner and managing all aspects of the group reservations process. The primary function is to book and manage group room reservations, which includes generating and managing room blocks in Host, group reservations both rooming lists and call-ins, enter billing in Host, and cutoff dates and group reporting. Assist with general reservations, as needed and remain up to date on all packages, events/activities, and Resort policies. The position requires use of a dual monitor computer system and basic computer skills.
Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position is preferred. High school graduate. Previous guest service training in a luxury resort environment. Experience with NAVIS reservation system. SMS Host fluency. Flexible schedule. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel & Word.
