Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with increases for related associates and/or bachelor degree; years of experience; DD certification and C.N.A licensure.
This is a unique position developed to fill staffing gaps so that the needs of people in services can be met. These positions require attention to detail and the desire to work with people with disabilities to accomplish their goals. Tasks include assisting people with daily living skills such as personal cares, meal prep, med administration, housekeeping, laundry and transportation. These positions are 12 - 16 hour shifts with a set schedule.The salary rate is consistent for all shifts (including sleep overnights). Any accelerated rates in place for specific sites will be paid in addition to the set salary rate for this position. Scheduling will include rotating weekends. This position includes the Full Time benefit package and scheduled 40 hours per week. High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Developmental Disability experience required. Successful canditates will possess well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to get along with others; ability to organize day-to-day activities; and ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
