DEALER deals a variety of games such as poker, craps, blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. Manipulates cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks. Being a DEALER handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Accepts bets, pays winners and collects from non-winners. Additionally, DEALER may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The DEALER may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
- Supervise a team of shop technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that vehicles are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and maintenance logs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
