Database Marketing Manager jobs in Texas
Database Marketing Manager manages a staff of analysts responsible for the maintenance of the organization's marketing database. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and may be responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation, or evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Being a Database Marketing Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Database Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Database Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
