  • Overview:

    Responsible for managing and executing database marketing campaigns and data quality initiatives. This position includes, but is not limited to, managing strategy, execution and measurement of all direct marketing across traditional and new media channels, in-house system management and administration where applicable. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, highly motivated, ability to execute and develop quality work as necessary with the highest standards and attention to detail throughout all phases of a project. Collaboration, organization, and time management skills are key to success in this position.

    Responsibilities:
    • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
    • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
    • Generate lists for direct marketing based on targeted players for a variety of verticals.
    • Designs and runs queries, and automates where possible, to extract and compile data for reports.
    • Develops and implements appropriate backup and recovery procedures to ensure database integrity.
    • Formats and generates reports, including summary, statistical, and/or presentation.
    • Pulls data for monthly newsletter, and events
    • Maintains current knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment and/or systems.
    • Safeguard the confidential information of all employee, department and company records.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
    • Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience with database marketing in a casino environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other related programs.
    • SQL/MS Access/Crystal Reports Aristocrat/Oasis player tracking system, and/or Everi promotional kiosk experience preferred.
