Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate Manager is a foundational role within our team, focusing on inventory management, scheduling, and fleet maintenance. This entry-level position is suited for individuals with relevant experience who are eager to grow their career. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Help coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and drop-offs to optimize operational workflow.
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of fleet equipment, upholding high standards of reliability and safety.
- Support mechanical maintenance efforts with basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Transport materials to sites located in Utah, Idaho, and surrounding states.
- Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation, using tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, Adobe, and Windows 10.
Requirements:
- A clean driving record, as a prerequisite for insurance and operational responsibilities.
- Experience driving with trailers.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test as part of our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
- Interest in telecommunications and a desire to learn industry-specific operations.
