We are offering a unique role within the Professional Services industry based in Milford, New Hampshire. This position is focused on Data Entry, where the successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing and processing important data. Key Responsibilities- Open and accurately scan incoming mail from various sources
- Sort and allocate cash or checks received to the appropriate donor company
- Learn and operate a Mail Opening Machine, ensuring all operations are performed accurately
- Report any mail issues or equipment problems promptly and efficiently
- Maintain an accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor
- Adapt easily between working individually and being a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold high standards of quality and commitment in all tasks
- Utilize Fluent English speaking and reading/writing skills in executing tasks
- Utilize and enhance Data Entry and Numeric Data Entry skills in daily tasks
- Complete repetitive tasks efficiently, maintaining focus and accuracy.

Requirements- Possess proficiency in Data Entry.
- Demonstrable skills in Data Entry - Numeric.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Experience in the Professional Services industry is desirable.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in using various data management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
