    • Evaluate performance and work product of on-site partners and escalate issues through Amazon leadership.
    • Identify and communicate needs for design improvements.
    • Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with, operational teams, cross functional amazon team members, and partners.
    • Lead and coordinate design and execution efforts between internal teams and outside partners including equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout.
    • Evaluate project risks and issues and propose actionable resolutions.
    • Build strong working relationships with data center leadership teams across multiple sites as well as other internal stakeholders (operations, finance, safety, security, legal, procurement).
    • General knowledge of data center operations and facility management.
    • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
    • Ability to follow accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.
    • Proactively and continually improve your level of knowledge about data center relevant technologies.
