Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The College of Idaho invites applications and recommendations for a Director of Health & Wellness
    Center. As a member of the Counseling & Health Services team, this position provides administrative
    oversight of the Health & Wellness Center operations and personnel, including counseling and health
    services, as well as provides and coordinates clinical counseling for students.

    The Director is a strategic member of the Student Affairs division as they lead the Health and Wellness
    Center team of professionals in a holistic approach to support students’ overall wellbeing. Additionally,
    the Director collaborates with colleagues across campus and with other external professionals to
    strengthen the student support systems and provide health and wellness educational programing.

    A successful candidate will possess a Master’s degree in counseling from a CACREP accredited
    program, and be licensed in Idaho as a LCPC, LCSW, LPC, or LMSW and eligible for the LCPC or LCSW
    license. Previous supervisory experience and at least five years professional counseling experience is
    required.

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as of the expected hire date and
    throughout the date of their employment without sponsorship from The College of Idaho. A current
    valid driver’s license is also required and candidates must be vehicle insurable.
