As a Utilities Equipment Repairer, you’ll supervise and perform maintenance on vital utilities equipment and support systems, such as air conditioners and refrigeration units, to make sure they are kept in top working condition in any environment.
You’ll train to read temperature and pressure gauges, make operating adjustments to utility equipment, test for leaks, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and read and use technical manuals and diagnostic instruments.
Training includes 10 weeks of basic training followed by 13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
Requirements :
Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
Must be between the age of 17-34.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
Must pass a drug screen.
No felony.
Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.
Compensation :
Total compensation includes housing, medical, food, special pay, and vacation time.
