    About the Role

    We are looking to grow our political accounts team with highly organized self-starters who possess a startup attitude and who are hungry to take on new responsibilities.

    As a Customer Success Coordinator for political accounts, you will be responsible for day to day account management duties including: coordinating programmatic digital buys, monitoring & reporting on performance of digital campaigns, and working closely with our Product, Sales, and Advertising Operations teams to ensure customer goals are met and exceeded. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of political advertising, develop a strong skillset in providing customer support for both SaaS and managed service products, and gain experience managing multimillion dollar budgets and high profile political & public affairs clients.

    The initial contract commitment for this role is through Nov 2024 in support of the 2024 election cycle, with opportunity to join our team as a full time salaried employee with benefits.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with CS Account Managers to field incoming customer requests related to digital campaign planning and activation.
    • Support customer strategy by preparing audience insights data from our proprietary cross-channel media planning platform, ScreenSolve.
    • Create performance reports using multiple reporting platforms and communicate with customers about the performance of video campaigns.
    • Work closely with our Advertising Operations team to execute our customers’ strategies effectively.
    • Learn about how video advertising impacts political campaigns and agencies.
    • Exposure to federal, state, and local political campaigns.

    • Possess a self-starter mentality
    • Local to the DC area or willing to relocate - this is a hybrid role, remote with 1-3 days per week in person at our office in Old Town Alexandria.

    Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. Comfortable managing competing internal and external deadlines.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
    • Strong Interest in data analysis
    • Experience with basic Excel commands required
    • Nice to have: experience working in Tableau, Salesforce
    • Nice to have: background in political, TV or digital advertising experience
