    We are a high-tech, patient-oriented orthodontic practice that is well-known for our techniques with Invisalign.

    We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The right individual should have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

    Position Details

    • Communicate with and coach patients throughout their orthodontic treatment
    • Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, messaging, and video conferencing
    • Manage telehealth dashboards, notifications, protocols, and systems
    • Create systems, scripting, and protocols for other team members
    • Coordinate and schedule in-person and tele-health appointments
    • Digital charting and scheduling
    • Taking digital radiographs and photographs
    • Taking 3D iTero intra-oral scans
    • Adjusting Invisalign appliances
    • Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
    • Sterilizing instruments and operatories

    Qualifications

    • High school degree or higher
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
    • Previous sales or customer service experience
    • Previous orthodontic experience is preferred but not required

    • Ability to use software applications, enter data, and process information
    • Understanding digital applications, such as chat, text, email, and the web
    • Expert at spotting, deciphering, and fixing issues with technological and clinical requirements
    • Ability to motivate and encourage
    • Ability to work unsupervised and independently
    • Ability to establish priorities for patient care

    Schedule

    • 4 Days per week
    • 2 Saturdays per month
    • Will be based at Ala Moana
