What you will do Assist in driving revenue focused on legacy products with the selling, marketing and promotion of Stryker Sage.  In addition, this role will work closely with the Sales team in the region to help organically grow our business, in-service, and educate the clinical teams in our current customer base. Drive focus and targeted organic growth and accretive op margin performance across targeted legacy products Promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use of products including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio and educational programs. Responsible for meeting targeted objectives within an assigned geography. You are responsible for following extensive product training, to be able to tailor promotional messages based upon knowledge of the customer, advice on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors. You will assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. May assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings. Keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives informed of territory and project progress regularly. Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion. Must understand and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation. Must adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA and other governing bodies.  What you need Bachelor’s degree required. 0-2 years professional experience. Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills. Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record. Physical Requirements At times, may be required to move, set up and demonstrate products weighing up to 50 pounds - reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities. May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate. Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention May handle various materials including but limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products. Mental Requirements Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
