    POSITION SUMMARY
    We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Managed Services sales team. The Director of Customer Success will build and manage a client portfolio to deliver solutions in support of their business IT needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASK

    • Responsible for all sales activities in assigned account and establish sales targets.
    • Sell technology-based solutions to solve business and/or solution segment problems.
    • Promote and sell Global Data Systems value proposition and solution offerings (Virtualization, Servers & Storage, Enterprise Networking, Security, Remote Desktop Support, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services) to clients.
    • Ability to manage and drive a multi-month sales cycle.
    • Develop a robust ongoing pipeline of business opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
    • Work with Global Data Systems management to develop a plan to approach the customer.
    • Gain clear understanding of customer business requirements.
    • Educate Customers of full portfolio of solutions offered by Global Data Systems.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
    • Prepare quotes based on client needs.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Outstanding oral, written, technical and business communication skills is a must
    • Fundamental understanding of consultative, solutions sales process
    • Strong technical and customer relationship building
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to successfully work as a team and independently
    • Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, troubleshooting with minimal supervision
    • Direct experience with IT solutions
    • Associates degree or equivalent in a industry related field
    • 5 years of sales experience
    • PMP or MBA is a plus
