Customer Service Trainer delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Provides updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Trainer leads skill development training and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Instructs staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Trainer provides input to assess training effectiveness and define future needs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Service Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Service Partners is currently hiring a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory as well as work in a customer service role depending on business demand.

Do you have what it takes?
- Safely operate a forklift and / or pallet jack.
- Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
- Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs during physical loading / unloading of trucks.
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
- Use basic computer programs and comprehend new computer systems.
What qualifications do you need?
- Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
- Compute basic math problems.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
