**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer service performance

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity

- Ordering, scheduling
