The UPS Store at 5001 1st Avenue in Cedar Rapids is NOW hiring for a Part-Time Customer Service Associate position. customer service weekend Position working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 20-30 hours per week. $14.00 to $15.00 p/hour to start.

Qualifications : We are looking for outgoing individuals with the ability to provide quality customer service. Someone who has no reservations about working independently and mostly by themselves is preferred. Good computer skills and cash register experience is a plus.

Responsibilities : Maintain positive relations with UPS Store guests. Making photo copies and printing from a computer, Packaging multiple items with proper packaging and process UPS and USPS shipping with a computer based program. Moderate lifting, occasional Heavy lifting required.
