Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations. Duties: - Operate the cash register and POS system to accurately process customer purchases - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking products - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus - Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system is an advantage - Knowledge of phone etiquette is desirable We offer competitive pay and provide training for the right candidate.
