QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills, and experience:- BA or BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance sales or related market.
- Experience in sales with full range of health care product knowledge to include Medicare and ACA.
- Superior organization and planning skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Ability to positively influence others and projects a strong, informed community image.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in developing and providing presentations.
- Ability to communicate information whether technical or non-technical to staff members, customers, and agent brokers in a clear and concise manner.
- Must hold an active state of Florida Health Agency Health Insurance License in good standing.
- Knowledge and experience with Florida Blue and/or Florida Health Care Plans health products preferred.
- Experience /membership in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and professional associations preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule include evenings and weekends
