IES is looking for a Client Retention Specialist to work with our existing client portfolio and ensure their complete satisfaction with the current services provided. Client Retention Specialists will actively work with existing consumers as a face of quality assurance. Their tone should be warm and professional.
Client Retention Specialists' main initiative is complete customer satisfaction efforts. A typical day will consist of warm calls to our client, speaking with our known point of contact to ensure no immediate needs. Should there be needs and questions, the specialist will point them in the right direction or set up a meeting with the appropriate team member on our staff to address their concerns. Also, specialists will work with our sales team during upcoming clients' contract renewal terms to ensure the client has a copy of the agreements and consistently reach out to encourage its return. Our new specialist will also help with cold calling potential customers to set up appointments for the sales team whenever it is needed. Specialists must maintain a kind, upbeat demeanor regardless of the type of response they get over the day. They should be experienced conversationalists who can draw out the client to ensure that they are pleased and satisfied with the offered services. A well-suited candidate will be very well organized, have excellent communication skills, and use technology effectively. Additionally, they should not be hesitant to express to our existing client the additional options available and be ready to overcome a 'conversational stopper.'
