Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sr Analyst Market Insights you will be a critical member of the Marketing team and support the optimization of our go-to-market plans via the collection, analysis, synthesis and interpretation of market and competitive data into actionable insights. You will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, including marketing, product, sales, finance and data analytics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and an information virtuoso dedicated to deciphering the domains of our markets and business competition. Understanding our markets and gaining a competitive edge is vital to our business success.

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.
