CRM Integration Specialist jobs in North Carolina

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to be the point person for our ActiveCampaign portals across the MDO Holdings portfolio that will thrive with an experienced marketing team. This role will directly report to the Vice President of Marketing Operations and help design, implement, and drive solutions for team members throughout the organization. The details are extremely important, and a high level of personal accountability will be rewarded with autonomy. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable with CRM infrastructure, soak up new knowledge like a sponge, and apply those learnings to push our CRM platforms to the highest potential to move the company forward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for CRM user management, including working with team members to troubleshoot issues and answer questions.
• Plan, implement and maintain all internal workflows related to contact management, sales processes, data syncing and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to our CRM platforms, systems and tools to work leaner and smarter.
• Rigorous testing of new CRM processes prior to launch and ongoing quality control of existing processes.
• Segmentation of contacts based on requests from the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as from opportunities you have proactively identified.
• Proactively and consistently analyze data to understand consumer behavior, conceptualize and run continuous tests, and develop insights that inform the direction of our digital strategies and drive improvements based on data.
• Facilitate support of day-to-day operations of the database system, ensuring its availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop training guides related to our customized use of CRM platforms for onboarding new team members.
• Beta test untapped CRM features to ensure we are using each platform to its fullest potential.
• Manage dashboards and reports, including the ability to quickly pull custom data requests.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience working in a Marketing and Sales CRM (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus)
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, analytical rigor, and a bias towards experimenting quickly and scaling the programs that produce results
• Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Innate intellectual curiosity and hunger to grow and learn
• Basic understanding of API integrations and JSON is a plus
• Experience working with Zapier or other middleware is a plus
