CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Impact & Responsibilities: Supports the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management with reporting needs for the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; assists in the design and maintenance of recruitment and admission queries, reports, and dashboards; contributes to strategies, implementation, and content delivery of segmented and personalized communication to prospective students and families; builds and updates Form Assembly forms that integrate with Salesforce and responsible for related data entry and validation; troubleshoots data integration issues and preps files to be uploaded into Salesforce; collaborates with admissions counselors, campus visit team, and other campus recruitment partners to ensure quality data entry processes; assesses training needs and trains team members on all areas of CRM that contribute to the day-to-day recruitment functions; and provides back up support for other admissions related systems and manages tasks through project management software.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience in a higher education setting; experience with student information systems, CRM, and related computer applications and systems; and strong oral and written communication skills.
Student experience will be considered.
