• Manage the collections of Accounts Receivable and credit functions of the entire resort.
• Provide supervision and guidance for all billing and Accounts Receivable staff.
• Identify and raise customer disputes and drive timely resolution
• Diligently work with the Front Office and Reservation Supervisors to ensure proper maintenance of the Guest Ledger and Advance Deposit Ledger
• Prepare accounts receivable aging report and other monthly reports to Director of Finance
• Assist Accounting Management with reconciliation for monthly financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Someone with 1-3 years of accounting experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Someone with 2-3 years of management experience
• Someone with a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays if needed

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $62,000.00/Yr. - $67,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
