We are looking for a leader who is great with numbers, an engaging personality and customer focused to join our team as the Credit Manager. The successful candidate for this role is detail oriented, is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team both personally and professionally.
The Credit Manager is responsible for directing the activities of the credit, billing, and collection efforts of the entire resort. He/she is also responsible for properly reviewing the timely processing and communication of all guests and group/catering billing and the collection thereof.

YOUR ROLE:

Manage the collections of Accounts Receivable and credit functions of the entire resort.

Provide supervision and guidance for all billing and Accounts Receivable staff.

Identify and raise customer disputes and drive timely resolution

Diligently work with the Front Office and Reservation Supervisors to ensure proper maintenance of the Guest Ledger and Advance Deposit Ledger

Prepare accounts receivable aging report and other monthly reports to Director of Finance

Assist Accounting Management with reconciliation for monthly financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Someone with 1-3 years of accounting experience preferably in the hospitality industry.

Someone with 2-3 years of management experience
- Someone with a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays if needed
