Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Assist in data entry and maintaining records
- Aid in customer service inquiries and issue resolution
- Support outside lease activities and marketing initiatives

- Assist in record keeping, coordinating with tenants, coordinating necessary repairs with vendors
- Utilize Quickbooks, Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
- Contribute to market research activities
