Corporate Secretary executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports and records according to applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for shareholder relations, communicating with Board members and coordinating shareholder lists and registrations. Being a Corporate Secretary researches and responds to shareholder requests for information. Manages the coordination of Board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of all necessary agendas and documents required for the meetings. Additionally, Corporate Secretary the incumbent in this role is usually an officer of the corporation. May require a Juris Doctor degree. Typically reports to top management. The Corporate Secretary manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     We're not just another garment provider, and we're looking for 'not just another sales rep' to join our team of Sales Representatives.

    As a Sales Rep, you will work closely with the National Resort Sales Manager leading our Corporate Division and play a crucial role in driving Blue 84 Corporate business growth.

    You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and potential customers, ranging from corporations to small businesses, healthcare facilities to manufacturing plants, and everything in between .

    Your passion for our products, combined with the aptitude for sales, energy, grit and determination to sell, will help us expand our customer base and exceed sales goals.

    The ideal candidate will live in the Detroit Lakes area and be or have the willingness to be actively involved in the community they serve.

    TERRITORY : Fargo, Moorhead, ND & MN territory. The ideal candidate must live in the surrounding area.

    LOCATION : This is a remote opportunity.

    SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; 40-45 hours on average.

    DAILY REP LIFE Wow Our Customers Sell All the Tees Build Relationships Prospecting

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including (but not limited to) : corporations, small businesses, healthcare facilities, start-ups, manufacturing facilities, banks, farm equipment stores, contractors, financial institutions, and other businesses focused on providing custom merch for their employees, customers and beyond, for non-retail use
    • Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our corporate apparel products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, and the overall Blue 84 brand
    • Achieve the weekly expected number of lead visits and calls set by the Sales Manager to hit sales targets
    • Utilizing CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines;

    tracking progress toward goals and providing visibility to internal support teams

    • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects to drive success and Wow Our Customers.
    • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base
    • Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions and industry trends
    • Provide exceptional customer service (have we mentioned our value of Wow Our Customers?!) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth

    QUALIFICATIONS People Person Sales Drive Goal-Focused Ultra Ambitious

    • Experience in apparel sales is preferred but not required; aptitude for sales coupled with energy, grit, and determination to sell is a must.
    • Must live in the territory they serve, including being or having the willingness to be an active community member.
    • Prospecting is your greatest strength (you love the hunt)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
    • Strong closing skills; ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of corporate apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred
    • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce
    • Willingness to travel Boots on the ground makes for more tees on the shelves (follow-up is part of your daily task list)
    • Proactive in making sure customers have product at the ready
    • Proud to show your sales and scouting activity as a sign of progress, impact and success
    • Must have an ability to recognize our culture, contribute to it, and be a part of it
    • Go with the flow mentality; able to switch tasks at the tug of a t-shirt
    • Must love dogs (we kinda like them and we hope you do, too)
