Develops employee volunteer programs to engage employees, offer participation to wider audience, and raise awareness about the organization's charitable initiatives. Polytechnic School seeks an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join the Advancement team as we achieve the school’s fundraising goals and objectives.
Annual Giving is the bedrock of philanthropic support at Poly, and we are proud to be in the leadership phase of the school’s next comprehensive campaign! The Associate Director of Annual Giving reports to the Director of Annual Giving, and works in partnership with the full Advancement team of 12. This individual will collaborate with and support the Director to create and implement a thriving and entrepreneurial annual giving program which raises over $6M in unrestricted and restricted support through 2,800 gifts each year.
The Associate Director will partner with the Director of Annual Giving to vision and execute the school’s year-long program by focusing on data analysis, donor segmentation, multi-channel strategic messaging, and volunteer engagement. Focus areas and duties are outlined below:
