The National Service Cooperative (NSC) is a nationwide network of companies that provide service repair for commercial kitchen foodservice equipment. We are searching for energetic and professional Operations Coordinator Agents for our dispatch call center to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering phone calls, troubleshooting problems, and creating work orders to dispatch to our service network across the US and Canada.

Operations Coordinator Agent Responsibilities

• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying all required information needed to create service work orders
• Scheduling and tracking service events from initiation to completion
• Monitor schedule dates and ensure technicians are on schedule - making adjustments when necessary
• Communicating to customers with updates on their service requests
• Adhering to all company policies and procedure
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Operations Coordinator Agent Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with computers, email, phones and strong typing skills
• Ability to multi-task several projects at once
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
