Cook - Institution follows a menu to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, cereals, soups, vegetables and other foods for service in an institutional setting. May create and update menus, help with grocery items inventory and kitchen, equipment maintenance. Being a Cook - Institution may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cook - Institution works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Requirements include:
- 1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus)
- Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask
Our Management benefits include:
- Salary/Compensation $55,000 - $80,000
- Appreciation pay of $15hr
- Monthly bonus up to $600
- Monthly bonus based on sales increases

- 5 day work week - limited night shifts
