looking for a professional and experienced line cook that can handle a few busy pushes by themselves on the line. Fast paced with attention to details. Light prep and cleaning on the line. You will need experience with a grill and or flat top grill. We make hot sandwiches. opp to move into a full time position.

Tuesday 3pm-930pm

Wednesdays 3pm-930pm

you must be reliable, able to come to work sober and provide a few recent work references that show a solid tenure and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Please note that Bartending experience is not required for this position.
