We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our accounting operations, ensure compliance with GAAP standards, and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee annual tax return filing and liaise with tax accountants.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity for operational needs.
• Implement financial systems to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems; MAPICS/Infor XA experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
