Candidate will be managing a contact center project, which involves determining project deliverables and timelines, enhancing the project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports to leaders Will be working with team members to resolve issues and adhearance to deadlines. Will be coordinating activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations. Will manage and deliver assigned projects to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Will help optimize Call Center as a Service initiative - everything from consolidation - project ownership - utilization rates - assessments - work stream - provide stand up's - provide board level review - customer interaction - provide work stream and decommission of related systems. Really looking for a champion to drive initiatives from start to finish and prioritize work levels.
Will be supporting Project Management methodologies.
5-7 years of related work experience
University or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Sharepoint)
Experience with MS Project 2010 and Project Portfolio Tools and bring best practices to the table.
Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and/or Acqueon Five9 - would be very desirable. Introducing new, vendor-provided technologies that are replacing legacy systems and creating requirements and opportunities to change existing processes and tools.
