**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor with a strong background in healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wound care, Point Click Care and EMR systems.
This job could evolve over time, please come with an open mind and flexibility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Review patient care documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify areas for improvement in patient care processes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address quality issues
- Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Background in nursing or healthcare-related field
- Knowledge of wound care, PCC and EMRs
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
