The Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations

    Requirements

    • HS Diploma/GED

    Preferred

    • Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
    • Bilingual - Spanish

    Location: On site

    The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
