The Conflicts Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Holland & Knight is establishing a team of Conflicts Attorneys to assist our attorneys with clearing conflicts related to new business intake, while protecting the firm and its clients from adversity and risk. Joining our firm as a Conflicts Attorney provides you with an opportunity to help build this process and have an immediate impact on our Firm. In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State is $108.5k - $195.2k/yr, in New York City is $130.2k - $195.2k/yr, in Colorado is $113.9k - $170.9k/yr, and in California is $124.7k - $203.4k/yr. These ranges are specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
