Configuration Analysis Manager manages the coordination and administration of configuration management activities. Creates and implements configuration management policies and procedures. Being a Configuration Analysis Manager oversees the review of released engineering change data and documentation to ensure that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Configuration Analysis Manager acts as an advisor to the configuration analysis team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Configuration Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Configuration Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs by:- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the M365 platform and aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives;
- Identifying opportunities to leverage M365 capabilities to drive business process improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost savings;
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic initiatives related to the M365 platform;
- Providing guidance and support to end-users, promoting the effective use of M365 capabilities;
- Participating in teams design, build, and transforming enterprise workplace collaboration technologies;
- Managing small teams and/or work efforts (if an independent contributor role) at a client or within PwC, specifically in release management, deployment coordination, and/or migration tools;
- Applying PwC methodology, PwC reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work;
- Delivering written or oral status reports regularly;
- Staying educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients; and,
- Using considerable judgement to contribute to solutions and seeking guidance on complex problems.
- Managing and optimizing M365 platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other related tools;
- Developing and executing strategic plans related to M365 platforms;
- Understanding cloud-based technologies, security protocols, and data governance principles;
- Excelling in leadership and people management, motivating and inspiring others;
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Serving as workstream, project management, and/or technical lead;
- Having experience in infrastructure/network discovery, design, build, and migration;
- Having experience in Collaboration technologies (e.g. O365, Exchange, Skype, Teams);
- Having experience in Mobility Technologies (e.g. InTune, Airwatch); and,
- Having experience in Cloud Storage (OneDrive).
