Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher creates, smoothes, and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Formsetter/Finisher.Join us and be a part of our collaborative company culture, providing quality concrete and masonry contracting, general contracting, and restoration and repair services across Southern California.We are looking for Concrete/Finishers who have the ability to check forms for proper installation prior to pouring, able to pour concrete finishes i.e. hand seeded aggregate, stamp patterns, texture stamp, overlay (micro-topping), and top cast finishes. Ability to broadcast and float in aggregates for hand-seeded finishes including silica grit, granite chips, natural stone from 1/8” – 2” in size glass, and sea shells. Able to strip and finish vertical surfaces on walls. Knowledge and ability to apply various types of concrete stains. Able to lead Journeyman and Labor crew and supervise Subcontractors.Applicants should possess:
- 2-3 years experience in Construction.
- Must have all tools.
- CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Fall Protection Certificate.
- Aerial Platforms Certificate.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits:- $32 - $36/hr. depending on experience.
